My name is Elena and I am honored to assist you energetically in this challenging time humanity experiences, as our planet moves through its much needed ascension process.

My personal spirit journey

It all began in early 2009, when "Purzel", the baby I had recently miscarried, established contact with me from the spirit world. This day changed my life forever - yet it took another 11 years until I realized that it actually led me on the path to my life's work.

In 2020 I decided to be trained in a specific type of Shamanic energy work called Guided Energy Medicine (GEM) and since 2021 I am a Certified Guided Energy Medicine Practitioner. Going through this training was a wild ride, which I will always be grateful for and it also brought the biggest blessing into my life: Gucci & Toffee - my two blind soul cats who connected with me energetically from the island of Cyprus while I was in Berlin, Germany. Shortly after we adopted them and they are both cuddled up next to me as I am typing this.

Over the years I have developed my own style of delivering energy work, the Energetic Massage. It is the result of more than 10 years of spiritual and personal development and takes into account all my learnings, trainings and experiences along the way.

What is an Energetic Massage*?

If you are familiar with Reiki, this is somewhat similar - yet totally different :) This work can be done in person as well as virtually - as there is no time and space in energetic work anyway. 

Why get a session? 

Stuck energies can manifest in various ways in our emotional and physical body. An energetic massage can help move some of these energies and therefore assist with releasing emotional and physical blocks. However, you don’t necessarily have to have an «issue» to book a session. As much as these can assist with letting go, they can also be used to call in specific intentions or energies. But even if you have neither an intention nor an issue, a session can be like an other massage: for your enjoyment only. 

How does it work? 

All you have to do is relax and be open to receiving! I will be serving as the channel for whatever energies are coming through - that are for your highest and best in that particular moment. We will create a sacred and safe container together in which you can fully open up to all that is present. Each sessions is different and therefore also their durations vary. However, I suggest you clear your schedule for 60-90 minutes to allow some time for contemplation and possible journaling after we are done.

Energy Exchange

Currently, I offer all sessions on a donation basis, as it is important to me that as many people as possible can benefit, regardless of their financial situation. For online appointments, you will receive an email after our session with a link where you can pay what feels right for you. For face-to-face appointments, you also decide after the session what you can and want to give.
